WHAT COVID- 19 MEANS FOR US
As leaders in our industry, you can rest assured that we will be following all state safety standards and guidelines. We have begun this by receiving certifications from BARBBICIDE® and Miladys in proper sanitation and disinfection practices and procedures that are consistent with the current highest industry standards.

With COVID- 19 restrictions, we have had to drop to 50% productivity, therefore every hour we book clients for is extremely valuable to us. We understand situations occur and for that, we have the following Cancellation Policy in place:
We ask that you let us know of any cancellations at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service appointment. All NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service appointment.
We have changed our hours and have split providers between different days to accommodate the 50% capacity rule. This means less people in the salon at a time allowing us to exhibit effective social distancing practices.
Tuesdays- 9am- 7pm
Wednesdays- 9am- 7pm
Thursdays- 9am- 7pm
Fridays- 9am- 7pm
Saturdays- 8am- 3pm
Sundays- 8am- 4pm
In addition to staff temperatures being taken at the beginning of the workday, we will be washing hands between guests, as usual, and wearing masks throughout the duration of the work day. We’re also adding extra time to sanitize and/ or disinfect all chairs, dryers, payment terminals and surfaces between clients.
To aid in effective social distancing, we have eliminated our waiting area. Please do not plan to enter the salon until your actual appointment time. You can always call ahead to see if we can start your service earlier than your appointment time.
ENTERING THE SALON
Anyone entering our salon is subject to having their temperature checked with a contactless thermal scanner. If you are over 100.2º, we will have to reschedule your appointment. Anyone coughing or sneezing will be asked to reschedule.
Everyone entering our facility must bring and wear a mask at all times, and must immediately use hand sanitizer or wash their hands upon arrival.
For the safety of all clients and staff, if you have been in direct contact with anyone with COVID- 19, or are showing symptoms of being sick, please contact your healthcare provider, and do not visit our salon until after the full 14- day quarantine period. Please contact us before your appointment to reschedule.
While we have always utilized a No- Guest Policy, we have had to also adopt a One- Person- Per- Appointment Policy. This means we are unable to perform service on those under 16 and anyone 16+ that requires an adult to be present.
We encourage retails only visits, but, please call ahead so we can give you a time to stop by.
Our self- serve beverage station and magazine service have been temporarily discontinued (we can’t disinfect beverage supplies or magazines). We hope to reestablish this soon.
For payment, we will use your card that will be on your profile on our online booking portal on Vagaro.
